i was using m4a78em 1394 motherboard now i want to change it with MSI 760GM-P21 (FX)
Motherboard will this work? and also recommend me which DDR3 ram is better kingston or transcend?

Edit: AMD Phenom II X2 550 processor

You didn't say what cpu. The Asus is AM3/AM2+/AM2.. MSI isn't.. Kingston over Transcend..
