Sad story reminds me of another, this young lady gets in a spinout multi car wreck on the ice. She is out of the car and another car comes sliding into the wreck. She jumps over the guardrail to get away, but it was an overpass and she fell 25 feet to her death.

She wound up upside down. Was that caused by the concussion/shock of the accident before the accident happened? Cars don't flip of their own accord, it takes significant driver error to make that happen in a single car accident. So I'm thinking stupid or impaired is a prerequisite.
