most famous person that came out of your school

Ken Burns, Bob Seger and Iggy Pop all came from my high school.

Gerald Ford came from my college. He's the most famous of many famous UM grads.
 
David Carr (texans QB) went to my high school. Lots of basket ball players have come from my college (university of arizona)
 
The only two I can think of from the University of Arizona are Caroline Rhea and George Gray (host of the syndicated version of Weakest Link).
 
HS: Tom Cruise
College: Johns Hopkins, Michael Bloomberg for one, too many others to name, but most are in the sciences/engineering.
 
Kids that went into my high school?

Jake Lloyd, coming this year who also lives in my neighborhood (Star Wars Episode 1 Kid)

We had an Olympic cyclist... she was pretty cute too... 🙂
