Is the collector's value just a question of the fact that it's sealed (I assume so)? I bet I still have my NES and Zelda cart around somewhere . . .

Jebus, he has other auctions that are almost as high. People are retarded.

yes, of course. If it wasn't sealed this thing would be worth $0.50

The problem is, you really can't tell if it's really sealed or not. A lot of people sell "sealed" games on eBay that have just been rewrapped.

But did they have the golden cartridge version? A normal version would be ho-hum, but by the looks of it, this is a gold cart, which makes it pretty rare.

$405 isn't really THAT much. There are some NES games which fetch over $1,000 (NWC carts come to mind).

I have a gold Zelda NES lying in some closet somewhere. I wonder how much it would be worth.... hmm....

Ah, the Goonies! I never did beat that game. I've got the gold Zelda and Link around the house somewhere.

Wow. That's the price of an ATI Radeon X800 Pro or an nVidia GeForce 6800 GT.

I wonder how much I'd be able to get for my unopened copy of Final Fantasy.

not that I'd sell it...

i have the gold zelda also, and i have it's maps and manuals and box
i should re-wrap that bad boy and ebay it

just remembered that my gold cartridge is busted up..i got mad and threw it against the wall a few times

of course, the collector wouldn't re-open it anyways :D
