IIRC, the pins on the NES cartridges get dirty quite easily so you can tell if it's new or used...

rare find? other than it's still shrink wrapped, not really, everyone in my class in Jr. High had a copy of it.
But did they have the golden cartridge version? A normal version would be ho-hum, but by the looks of it, this is a gold cart, which makes it pretty rare.
I have a gold cartridge version... I thought they were all like that ?
No, it was only the first run that was gold, if I recall correctly.

Yeah, the other guy saying the Nintendo World Championship gold cart is probably the most expensive. Some prototypes and the porno games are damn expensive too.

They won't know though if they're not going to open it 😀

Holy shyt! Damn that sucks... my mom found two NES games in the basement that she hid and forgot to give my brother and I for Christmas. Super Tecmo Bowl and ummm... I think it was called Rad Racer... both unopened. My brother ended up getting them a year or so ago cause he's collecting "oldschool" games now. Dammit! I would have sold the damn things on eBay if I thought I could get more than $50 for them.

You should've tried the Japanese Sex & Toy's R US 🙂

The employees bought all the copies before they could hit the shelves.

Pft, there were porno games for the fricken' Atari. Look up "Custer's Revenge" for the 2600 some time.😛
