most annoying frequency?

If any of you have a tone generator or sweep, could you tell me the most irritating/painful frequency that you hear between 2k and 20khz? if you dont' have one there is one available for free download here

27.185 MHz.

"Private" channel got too much bleedover from ratchet jawed drivers of 18 wheelers with their hacked HR2510's and SuperGalaxies pushing Sweet16 linear amps in their rigs.

Well, there's your first problem 😛

Well with the program you linked, somewhere above 14000kHz seems to be the most ear piercing. 15000kHz and above is inaudible.

All of them!
Anyways, it is really annoying how the linked program adjusts the volume every I click "increase frequency", I don't want it loud! If I must choose, one within 0-20MHz, then 19027.31 made me want to vomit, and my ears still ring.

Edit: Then again, I am the kind of person who listens to music/games via headphones by turning the volume control all the way down, then pressing the up arrow once.

I made a quick tone generator in QBASIC. I'm going to say 2.4KHz. Yikes. Probably pissed the neighbors off too. 😛

somewhere above 20k what makes it the most annoying is that everyone thinks im crazy for asking "do you hear that??"

Around 70Hz my dog went crazy, I guess he thought something was growling at him. 😛

For me it was 1923.03. I can hear upto 16299.00Hz it turns out.
