tie between CS (beta 6 ->1.5) (CS:S hasnt been out long enough for it to rank yet) & an Streetfighter 2 Turbo ed. for SNES!

Diablo II
Baldurs Gate
Morrowind
Ultima 6
WoW
Grand Theft Auto (original)
Madden 89
Scorched Earth
Prince of Persia

I would say the game I spent the MOST time playing overall was Diablo II

The Game I spent the most sustained hours playing was World of Warcraft

Console Games:

Madden 2004, 2005
Contra and Super Contra
 
Neverwinter Nights, and all the expansions... oh man.. sooo much time spent on those... and KOTOR 1 and 2.

CivIII is even better, IMHO, as long as you're using a content mod. I simply cannot wait for Civ IV to come out in 06.
 
Battlefield Series. There isn't a week that goes by that I don't play 1 of the 2, and it looks like the upcoming third will only make things worse.
