Organize a group of people and prank the shit outa her. Fill her desk drawers with sand. Frequently steal all her pens or stapler. Call her desk and talk chinese. It'll be fun because you know she will overreact!

Not exclusively. It's also handy for getting information quickly. For instance, instead of typing a stupid response, you could've had your answer in hand and not looked so silly at this point!

This is a case of "you had to be there".

Funny work stories are ones that apply to everyone, like this one:

Last week, our marketing director came in to the call center and said "I generated a call list of everyone that cancelled in the last 3 months. I'd like to have them called and explain all the great new features of our service.

I explained that this was not a good idea, because it's too soon and people usually cancel for a good reason.

He insisted, so we did a test call and put it on speaker so we could all hear how it goes. We have a caller call a former customer, introduce himself, and read a script about our new services. The caller gets cut off with the customer screaming "I THOUGHT I CANCELED YOUR SHITTY SERVICE-DON'T F*****G CALL ME AGAIN!"...so loud that it was heard by people on the phones around him.

I shook the marketing director's hand and congratulated him.

Some people think that just because they are using every ounce of their brainpower to do simple tasks that they are working hard.
