Morning routines?

Hello everyone, I am interested to see what everyone's morning routine is like?

Heres what I do:

I wake up in the morning around 6:30am, sit up in bed and practice gratitude and positive affirmations. I then make a cup of tea and watch BBC breakfast for 30 minutes before I start working on my personal projects. I tend to have late breakfast around 10am.

In the past I've tried to work-out in the mornings after waking up, but I could never seem to get into the flow, I always feel weaker working out in the morning than I do in the evenings. Anyone else experienced that?

I get up when I want except on Wednesdays when I get rudely awakened by the dustmen.
I put my trousers on, have a cup of tea and I think about leaving the house.
I feed the pigeons, I sometimes feed the sparrows too.
It gives me a sense of enormous well-being.
And then I'm happy for the rest of the day safe in the knowledge there will always be a bit of my heart devoted to it.

@WelshBloke haha i feel you on the bin men waking you up. The only time I get woken up by them is if i had my windows on vent-mode due to hot nights!

Wake up around 4-430, potty, in the gym by 415-445, light cardio for a few minutes, get a lift in, get kid ready for daycare, then on to the rest of my day. Sometimes I'll do heavy cardio at night after putting her to bed depending on what my wife is up to. Morning work outs are the only thing that works for me.

I get up when i choose or when my meds will allow and I drink a can of beer! Then I go out and pe....water the bushes! Gives me great satisfaction knowing I was able to multi-task by taking a leak while at the same time watering the plants!! I am a happy camper....j/k

I get up in the morning at 5:30 am, and after I woke up will ran into the bathroom. And later I'll be fresh up (brushing and drinking alots of water). And then I'll be start doing yoga for atleast 40 mins (as this is the best way to make your body fit). Later I'll take a bath and get ready for the office.

It's pretty typical that working out in the morning (like early early) will have you feeling less powerful and more fatigued then working out in the afternoon.

I wake up at 4-4:15AM every morning, feed the dogs, get ready, out the door by 4:45AM. Open the gym up about 5:15 and first class is at 5:30am. I usually work out with the 5:30am class, then head home, shower, eat breakfast, and then start working (from home recently, but typically in the office by 8am if I go in).

The first thing I do in the morning is stretching my muscles it increases blood flow, then I drink 2 glass of water, Then I do a short exercise session. As the saying goes on If it starts well it will end well.

So many great tips in this thread over the last couple of weeks.

However, I'm just so busy in the mornings, and it's really tough to drink water and eat breakfast. I really just wish there was an easy supplement I could buy online instead. ;)

Get up same time everyday. Sauna @ 180 degrees for about 20 min. Then cold shower (all cold, no hot water). Coffee with some C8 MCT mixed in and boom, out the door. Dont usually eat until 2-4p.

I am even ashamed to write that I wake up at 9 am and for the first half-hour I am just trying to understand what is happening around me. Then a light breakfast and a little jogging along the street. Then a cup of tea and work.
