Morning exercise - empty stomach or eat something?

Should I be eating something like a granola bar before exercising in the morning or not? This would be around something like 7:30AM.

I generally eat around 9AM (very light), then around noon or 1PM, and dinner around 5:30 or 6PM.

It's depends on if you're cutting or not. Growth hormone is high in the morning so, if you're cutting, you usually wanna try to wait an hour before you eat your breakfast. You can workout before that too, if you're cutting. If not, I'd eat something and wait about 20 min to exercise.

I always eat a banana first thing in the morning. I feel starved without it.
