Until China started to mess with Muslim nations and politics, I doubt China will replace the west in this conflicts anytime soon.

China is occupying the land of the Uyghurs/East Turkestan. They are more than occupying a Muslim country, they completely took it over as if it was their own. China also funds many of the dictatorships in the Middle East and Africa (such as providing arms for the Sudanese to genocide undesirables). You have to be really naive if you think that they do not interfere, especially with other Asian countries. Wow... There's a reason why China is one of the most disliked Nations in Asia along with Japan.

Heh, talking about most disliked Nations, I remember nobody topped US except Iran. Well hey, like any powerful nation, China will defend their National interests. About Uyghurs/East Turkestan, those terrotories were taken hunderds of years ago under Qing dynasty. What does that have to do with the current Chinese government. And about funding dicatorships in middle east, heh are you talking about buying oils? Well hey I guess you are right, but most other nations is doing the same. And I dunno too much about Sudanese, but I am pretty sure it was more of "selling" instead of "providing". At least they were not playing favor like US is in the ME conflicts.

The fact still remain. Muslim is not having issue with China, at least now right now.

Possibly because the Middle East is outside of China's sphere of influence...China doesn't exactly have a clean record for intervention when it comes to Asian affairs...with the exception of perhaps Indonesia, there is not a huge Muslim influence in Asia...China's handling of Tibet is a pretty clear indicator of how they would handle any such cultural clash.

China couldn't take Taiwan if it wanted to, let alone project their forces to the Middle East...in 50 years that assessment may be different, as China is aggressively seeking to modernize its armed forces...but while it has numerical superiority in terms of boots on the ground, China currently lacks the resources and supply line capabilities to project those forces beyond its own borders.

That wasn't a poll which measured whether you liked a country or not, but whether you believed that country was a positive role in world affairs. It doesn't matter about the US though since we're talking about China.

East Turkestan declared independence and China invaded them in the mid 20th century. Many Uyghurs still claim independence. Who hasn't China invaded or wants to invade around them? East Turkestan, Taiwan, Tibet, India, etc.

I'm not talking about buying oil in funding dictatorships. China is one of the best friends of Sudan, they are essentially funding the genocides ocurring there. Everyone supports some dictatorships, but not all fuel genocides.

Of course the fact still remains. Many Uyghurs have an issue with China and they are Muslim. The worldwide Muslim community does not have as big of an issue with China if you compare to perhaps the US (probably since the Uyghurs are likely considered undesirables to extremist Arabs who fuel much wrath), but I wouldn't be surprised if it changes as China rises.
