No. She was not some low end employee, but a agency director. I can't go into detail but a e-mail was sent around on federal computers for a area I work in (think black jokes with a picture of Obama). Those people were written up and they now have a folder in a special cabinet now. None of them were directors and/or high up mangers. As such they got a letter detailing what they did was wrong and we in HR made a nice folder form them in the ER cabinet.
Same as when people were looking at Clintons, McCains, etc... passport records. Those people were written up.
