Every party involved from the girl, Dixon, the jury, and hopefully the judge does not contest that two consenting teens within 3 years of age had sex. Accordingly by GA law he is guilty of misdemeanor statutory rape and she is guilty of . . . well . . . bad morals. Unfortunately, the prosecutor chose to create a new application for another law (aggravated child molestation). In his application, any person (presumably he will apply this to boys as well) that loses their virginity under the age of 16 has been injured. Curiously, this Defense of Virginity Act doesn't actually exist in GA law. I don't know any GA Bar but my NC, SC, and VA Bar friends and relatives (n=5) all agree the prosecutor is writing law instead of administering it.
Not that it really matters but Dixon's WHITE guardians said race was the reason it was reported and the reason for it going to trial.
Clearly Dixon's guardians are gripped by white guilt and have been brainwashed by the liberal media. According to mother, Dixon had one "he said, she said" episode where he was accused of touching a girl on the butt.
