OK guys, here's a tip (so there's less FUD going around): read the whole article before posting!!!

This might come as a complete shock to some of you, but when someone tells you his Taiwanese* graphics AIB is actually a figment of imagination, that means it's fake 😉 .

Funny article 5150Joker - I bet some people still won't get it, and you'll get featured on some eastern european sites in a big scandalous debunking! 😉

Cheers!

Holy cow at the people who dont even read anything, just look at the graphs.

yeah, I gotta admit i saw the bars first, then read....then slowly drifted back to earth

good one Joker

Dont feel bad, I think most people look at the graphs first. But as long as you read the text, its not a big deal. I saw this link yesterday, on a few different forums. Several from other forums didnt read the text at all.

As you can see, I too was not included in ATi's editor day shindig nor given a review sample but I taught them a lesson by getting these results from my reliable* friend at a Taiwanese AIB. Ha! That will teach ATi for not including my omniscient self in their events!

They only turn their attention to the graph bars, not the words and asterisks.

heh this place needed abit of comedy. the tone in the R520 and Crossfire limitations threads is getting very serious. and the flames are too hot for me

Its apalling at the number of people who didnt get this joke. I wouldnt hang around in these forums if the members here are so dumb.

From the inq article
"* "Sander's R520 numbers don't come from an 520 graphics board - they come from a Ouija board," said one ATI official."

Yeah, well I have managed to steal an early version of the r580 chip, and I ran some benches on it using a leaked beta version of the Unreal 3 engine.

With matured drivers, reliable sources say we should expect another 10% improvement.

I had similar results running my r580 chip.

Awesome. So now we wait until the official R520 numbers come out and if they aren't substantially different from Sander's numbers than we'll have confirmation that ATI talks out of their posterior.

I'll have some R580 figures from my reliable* source soon.
