I'm not sure if that question was directed at the parents or the staff.
 
I wonder if the parents signed a form absolving the cruise line for any accidents that may or might happen to their kids when they use the swimming pool, regardless if there was a sign or not.
 
I just went on a Cruise this summer and I saw this little girl wandering by herself.

However, she was really mature. Holding elevator doors for everyone and stuff.

It was really fun!
