Monty Python and the Holy Grail

wtf?

I saw this movie for the first time tonight. Without a doubt, one of the dumbest movies I've ever seen. my friends hyped it up as this hillareous movie, and I can't even remember laughing once.

I want my 90 minutes back 🙁

it has it's moments and you have to know what your going into when you watch it. it's definetly not normal.

The Holy Grail is a great movie.

yeah. I'm not sure why my friends were convinced that I'd like it.

I have my moments where I can get into low-brow comedy, but I'm mostly a dark comedy / dramady kinda guy.

Did you watch too much of the Hollywood (so-called)comedies? No doubt you aren't familiar with true humour.

Back in high school, I memorized every fscking line of that movie. AWESOME! i still know the ending song of The Life of Brian by hear (Always Look On The Bright Side of Life) 😀

😱🙁

The jokes in the movie have a lot to do with:
philosophy
The Church of England
Roman Church

So, religion majors and philosophy majors will find it funnier.

Yes, and people with a sense of humor will really be amused.

Tim the Enchanter: There he is!
King Arthur: Where?
Tim the Enchanter: There!
King Arthur: What? Behind the rabbit?
Tim the Enchanter: It IS the rabbit!

Ayn Rand did not have a sense of humor either.

Father (gesturing towards window): "Someday son, ALL this will be yours!"
Son (effeminate voice): "What, the curtains?"

Wow do you suck.

Well maybe if you put down the crack pipe, you could join the rest of us back here on planet earth where Monty Python is fvcking hilarious.

And stop killing small animals... it'll lead to serial killing... or have we already passed that threshhold?

You have no sense of humor. This is your fault, not the fault of the movie, its writers, actors or the director. Your 90 minutes will not be refunded.
