Here are a few links. It looks like there is a need to read all the way through as sometimes the 1st post is not always updated with the good stuff. At least in the "Rome" thread a few ES samples were killed along the way by pushing specs too far, so be careful! I don't understand all that they are doing and not sure I would pursue ES samples without further understanding. There are a few tools created that look to have "safe" values figured out though.
This is the "Rome" overclocking thread. Mostly focused on the Engineering Samples and others that are not the "Retail" versions. For the 7002 series the retail versions seem to be the most locked down from what I've read so far.

Might be worth seeing if you can pump up the volume on the ES versions, but make sure that the tweaks work with the motherboard and ES sample versions!
