Couldn't agree more about their "high quality cables". Now this. Maybe the lawyers at SCO lost their jobs and now they work for Monster Cable. What a bunch of retards.

Exactly why this country needs some trial reform.

I say if you bring a lawsuit and lose, you have to pay all court costs and a little extra to the defendant for wasting their time.

Anyway, Monster Cable made the same list as SCO. I'll never buy anything from them.
 
this news needs to spread like wildfire. That way nobody will buy their products. Best Buy and CC needs to stop stocking them and only use AR brands.

If you can't afford one of the better lawyer's and the other poeple can you are going to lose. Look at OJ and scott peterson. Both have good lawyers against crappy ones and OJ won and looks like Scott might win.

just because you have a valid case does not mean you will lose.

Hmm, I'm still waiting to get warranty service on a microphone cable I bought. I think I e-mailed them 2 months ago.

I hope the judge grants a Monster Dismissal with Prejudice to these a holes.
