Not sure if serious. :hmm:

At the risk of stating the obvious, the best part was the kitteh! :awe:

LOL! At first I thought that too. However it's him saying how some models are overclockable to 120hz.

Is that the same guy as the Colorado movie theater shooter...

The dude is reviewing the Achieva Shimian monitor and then he starts talking about the 120hz Catleaps that are pretty much impossible to get now unless spending ~$600. Makes no sense.

LOL! That is the most thumbed up comment for the video.

Seems Monoprice isn't releasing many details till they get closer to getting these in stock. No ETA right now.

I bet it will be similar to this Monitor: http://youtu.be/E6jKzOqJfA8

$319.99 for a 2560 x 1440 monitor, not bad.

He does mention the possibility of dead pixels, no on screen controls, limited connection ports, and less than desirable stand.....but he points out some models can be overclocked to 120 Hz.

Final recommendation from the reviewer was "Buy".

so ~$390-400 for dvi input only.

main advantage over the A- panel imports would be the warranty i guess.

Is it true that you cannot see your BIOS screens on these Korean 27" IPS displays, because they lack a scaler inside?

27" IPS LED CrystalPro Monitor WQHD 2560x1440

This monitor measures about 25.5" x 16" x 2.3" and weighs only about 14.3 lbs.

Am I missing something here? Is it 27" or 25ish"

Sorry if this seems obvious but I cant seem to get it, must be bed time.

They don't have a scaler which is one of the reasons their input latency is low.

So you are telling me you need to hook up a second monitor every time you need to change a bios setting? Which i realize is not often but im in there screwing around with something at least once a month.

Thats huge pain in the ass.

After throwing down on the HP ZR30w, it is my belief that all gamers need to experience the awesomeness of gaming at 1600p or higher.

It literally becomes turns gaming into a cinematic experience. And if you throw in a good pair of speakers/headphones, then forget it!
