Other than that though, I'm done with ATOT. Seriously, this was disgusting behavior by the mods. I'll still check here to see how this plays out, but there's not going to be any accountability, and I'm sick of seeing the mods rampantly destroy this place with their ridiculous, arbitrary enforcement of whatever rules they feel like enforcing.

The original thread could still have easily been a hoax, but after hearing that a police dispatcher called you back, it's also entirely possible that this kid was really going to kill himself and some mod cut off our only line of communication to him. Bravo.

Good to hear. This was a freaky/interesting few hours.

We should do something for that person, send a giftbox from ATOT or something. Show him that people do care about him. If you all are up for this, I offer $10 to start if off from me.

 
mjuszczak already had contacted the police,all that was needed to be done was done. The reason the thread was moved to the Recycle Bin is to prevent others from posting something that may set the OP off. In addidtion the OP's account isn't permanently locked, it was just locked until things were sorted out.

BTW, along with mjuszczak the staff of AT also contacted the police and was assured that the OP was ok.
