I find the show pretty dang funny. Plus did anyone see Al Bundy's wife on the show come out in her nightgown looking thing? If you haven't, you should.

The "cool" dad cracks me up b/c he tries to be the kids' best friend and fails horribly.

Wow. I was about to say the same exact thing.

That show had me when they're talking about talent, the daughters, and then the son. And the son is out on the trampoline without pants and a box on his head.
 
Definitely one of my top 3 shows on TV right now.

This is one of those shows that has me laughing from start to finish. VERY well done.
 
The wife & I really like it. Along with Cougar Town & The Middle.

It's a good line up, I've got my fingers crossed that the network doesn't start screwing around with it.
 
Yeah, I could probably give this show a watch.

Yeah, one of the greatest new shows on TV. And it was a surprise. I hadn't seen previews or heard anything about it until it first aired.
 
The gay guys are there for pure comedy, not to push any agenda. They aren't the token gay guys that every show needs to have at least one of.
 
I like this show too, kinda weird how Ed Oneil doesn't quite look like Al Bundy, I kinda expected his face to be stuck like that after how long he was Al for, lol.

Very much so. I remember thinking she was hot when I saw Happy Gilmore, then I didn't see her in anything until Boston Legal where she was hot in a suit, and now in Modern Family.
 
Love this show. Think I've seen all the episodes so far. It's my favorite comedy on tv right now. All the characters are funny and I think it's pretty well written.
 
It's not family guy or simpsons funny. It's funny like how Thai food is hot. Sort of a slow low grade funny thats sort of there. You don't realize it straight away, until towards the end you're just laughing your ass off.

True, very subtle especially the easily missed almost under the breath comments.

Fizbo the Clown is classic. He pulls out that huge clock at the gas station.
 
Downloaded and watch the first dozen episodes. This show is freakin' hilarious. We were only going watch a few but we couldn't stop. Everything just works: the writing, the characters, the casting. Phil and Manny are awesome. And a bit of eye candy doesn't hurt either.
 
The girlfriend and I watch it every week. It's pretty good. She likes it alot more than I do. I think The Big Bang Theory is better. Love that show.

I love both of these shows. It's nice to see the other networks give these comedies a chance to do well without threatening the axe in the first season. I don't think the Big Bang Theory did that well in the first season, but now it's turned into a pretty popular comedy.
