One of my Titans died and I had to RMA it, just finished installing the replacement today. I have no idea if it was related to this driver or not though. I didn't get artifacts in BF3 or any other game.
The card just died over the course of a week by steadily not being able to hold lower and lower clock speeds without crashing, eventually leading to constant TDRs even sitting on the desktop.
I am using those 320.29s now and everything is fine. My other original card has no issue. In the past when nvidia released drivers that destroyed cards it was something more obvious, the first time was a set that caused the fan to stop spinning on cards. Then there were the drivers that killed GTX 590s, although that seemed to more be the GTX 590 was just a crappy card with low-budget power delivery circuitry that would blow out under load. So they added a throttle to the drivers for the GTX 590 to keep power consumption lower.
