I am not gonna do it and I can't. I could even do it better by sending back an empty envelope with tracking and prove to my credit card company that I sent it back. charge back to paypal. the seller is out for the product and money.

this is trolling and this is ebay. i know this is possible. but i have never done this, nor will i do it.

That's a little something the government likes to call a "crime." Yes, it is illegal to chargeback on an item just because you decided you didn't want it anymore.

He doesn't have to give you a refund if he doesn't want to. If you ship the item back without his agreement, he is under no obligation to give you anything in return.

Credit card charge-back fees are very expensive to the seller, as much as $100 per transaction. Charging-back for goods and services that were actually received is criminal fraud btw.
