I was shocked the first time they quoted me $30 for the Mobile 1 Oil Change. Up until then I'd been going to the local mobil station where it was $45-55 (been a while since I've been there). They gave coupons on your next visit, so, price was always a bit different.
Jiffy Lube and some of the other quick change places don't do Mobil 1. And I'd rather not get my hands dirty OR have to cart around dirty oil to the recycler.
The only problem with wally world is they are SLOW. 2 Cars in front and it'll be 1.5hrs before your car is ready, and there's only so much shopping I can do inside walmart. Of course, I could shop for a little bit, and then go through the front checkouts, just the line there will kill .5hr easy.
Tip: Walmart didn't sell synth filters (maybe they do now?), so, if you prefer your own brand you can bring it w/ you and they'll credit you back the cost of their filter and use yours.
