A bunch of people at work got that at the Big E fair this year. They said it needed more butter...apparently it gets absorbed into the dough when it's cooking, so mostly it's just fried dough. They did say the deep fried jelly beans were amazing :thumbsup:

Funny...my little sister (works for the OC Register) did an article comparing the OC Fair to the TX State Fair. In a nutshell, she slammed the OC Fair and got a lot of hate mail. 🙂 The TX State Fair and all it's fried foods is something everyone must experience...fried butter sounds disgusting, but it's not that bad.
