I would have thought that too, but if that was the case the deliberations should not have gone on as long as they had.

So, therefore I think he is busted on at least something is my guess.

Oh I'm sure he's busted on a couple of the charges, but I don't understand how so many people here think he's guilty and there's no two ways about it.

Personally, I don't give a sh1t. The guy has had a fvcked up life as it is and this is just another fvcked up part of it.

But there are other people involved here.

Anyways, it's a freakin' circus there. IMO he will be aquitted on the big charges.

Its actually 10 counts.

Count 1: conspiracy, alleging 28 individual overt acts involving child abduction, false imprisonment and extortion.

Counts two to five alleged Jackson committed a lewd act upon a child.

Count six alleged an attempted lewd act on a child.

Counts seven to 10 alleged the administering of intoxicating agents to assist in the commission of a felony.
