It is an absolutely different category to make promises that you you doubt you can or will keep when seeking office compared to fabricating a bold lie about your opponent.

If such bold lies are to be deemed acceptable, I suggest that Obama make one like this:

"I can't see how Mitt can still be running after getting caught. I mean, I can see the symbolism in sodomizing the donkey, but blowing the goat?"

Well I'm not going to vote for Romney either but a reminder to the independents - lies are what sells. Obama did it and so will Romney.

If Romney keeps up bullshit like this, Obama's got it in the bag. As predicted. Was hoping Romney would at least present a viable alternative but that's looking less and less likely. I have serious issues with Obama, but I'm not about to trade a pussy bureaucrat for an incompetent or a lunatic, some combination of the latter two being the current GOP line-up thus far IMO.

Do you have a link to back that up?

Remember FISA and this?

"I am proud to stand with Senator Dodd, Senator Feingold and a grassroots movement of Americans who are refusing to let President Bush put protections for special interests ahead of our security and our liberty. There is no reason why telephone companies should be given blanket immunity to cover violations of the rights of the American people - we must reaffirm that no one in this country is above the law."

Show me a clear politics link stating that as pants on fire.

Did I just read right, not a single partisan hack has yet come in with "but that's what Obama said", feigning total stupidity (maybe not feigning)? There is hope after all.

Good thing you posted that quickly.

Were you not paying attention to what you trimmed from your quote, to lazy to look up based on what info was supplied to you or paid attention to statements that he made when campaigning in '08.

You might even find a few other items that show your savior in a different form, that of a politician.

I'm supposed to do your fact checking for you? You want me to hunt down and cross reference every statement obama made on the campaign trail to find this lie that you tout? And you call me lazy?

STFU you simple minded twit. You dont have shit or else you would produce it right here right now.
