Guess you forgot the 6 witnesses who reacted throwing their hands up saying Brown was surrendering. If they judge that vs other witnesses supporting Wilson that is judging the case.
You should be listening to the Prosecutor now. He is covering your points.

Holy shit, the differences in the eye witness accounts are phenomenal. Different statements from the same witnesses in subsequent testimony.

No it is not. Are you that fucking dense? They reviewed all evidence. The process disqualified multiple "eye witness" accounts and in some cases they found those witnesses didn't actually see what they said they did or their stories were not consistent each time they were interviewed or gave testimony to the GJ. That is the job of the GJ - to determine if there is enough evidence to charge the accused.

Try to keep up.

any parent who loses a child has my sympathy but the statement from the Brown family is pathetic.
"We lift our voices and demonstrate to ensure black and brown men, women, and children can live in this country without being devalued because of the color of our skin"

So I guess it's okay if a white person is shot by police under questionable circumstances. How about you teach your kids not to rob and attack a cop? That might be a better start.

I remember the construction workers who threw their hands up in the air. That was recorded during. Not after the fact. Wonder if they changed their story??

Can't keep it real with the perjury penalty hang over head in the testimony under oath, I reckon. 😀

Just as the statements of "gentle giant', "about to start college" and on and on. We all know now if they were true or not.LOL.

Them Asians, why they are honorable whites. Again. Not fair. LOL. <sarcastic>

Turns out that quite a few of the witnesses recanted portions of their testimony when confronted with physical evidence that contradicted it.

I spoke to my wife about this. She said she would vote to indict NOT because of the officer's guilt or evidence but because she would fear retribution.
I hope they do a very very good job of protecting the jurors... and that the jurors themselves don't start trouble.
