I spoke to my wife about this. She said she would vote to indict NOT because of the officer's guilt or evidence but because she would fear retribution.

Then you and your wife are the last people on Earth who should ever be put on a jury. :colbert:

It completely undermines "innocent until proven guilty."

So you support offerings of human sacrifice to appease mobs.

How very liberal of you.

Federal civil rights violation criminal charges must be filed now.

Lucky for the rest of us you're just a hermit typing on the internet. Not someone who has any authority over anything. In other words, I ignore everything you type ;)

LOL - Prosecutor talking about how shitty the witnesses were in regard to their claims against the actions of officer Wilson.

A lot of us called this one early on.

Riot/looting/lawlessness or not riot/looting/lawlessness. That is the question.

This GJ did not try the case as I already said... Maybe you should go back and read your initial comment again and read where I quoted you... You are the one who insistes the GJ tried him. That simply is not possible and you know it.

Genius.

Guess you forgot the 6 witnesses who reacted throwing their hands up saying Brown was surrendering. If they judge that vs other witnesses supporting Wilson that is judging the case.
