I was just reading that an X-ray that Sean Hannity and Fox news showed with an orbital eye fracture was dated 2008 but most of the info they cropped out and then CNN reported that the doctors and the hospital said there was no eye fracture of any kind, they only treated him for minor redness around his eye.

Yes but you don't need broken bones to defend yourself.

Moreover, it's beside the point if the shooting was at distance and whether Brown was running away, hands up, or charging. It is that point alone, IMO, that determines a conviction. Or at least it should. Discussions need to focus on that.
 
All shots were to his front. Impossible he was running away or any hands up bull shit.

Time to charge his felon accomplice with felony murder. Justice for officer Wilson will prevail.

At the very least arrest the thug for felony murder. We demand an arrest and charge. In the name of justice, of course.

This is relevant in my mind because the Ferguson Police and THEIR sources are the ones that have been piecemeal leaking all this info including the lie about the orbital blow out fracture. That was in turn given to the prosecutor who then proceeds to go on camera and confirm this (without even looking to see if this was true). That tells me there is a strong bias in favor of the cop by the prosecutor and the police department and that they are in fact lying. If they lie about one thing, they most likely will lie about other things to suit their agenda and keep their boy Wilson safe from an indictment. In addition they said in the news that Wilson did not file an incident report the day that he shot this kid. Someone filled an incident report out for him. That is against their police procedures and policy. Again, this muddies the waters and is a great way to keep the family and the citizens in the dark about what really happened.

10 feet is pretty freaking close, particularly if someone is already moving in your direction.

Hopefully the forensic evidence is more reliable than people who can't tell the difference between 10 and 25 feet (which is probably most people, which is one of the many reasons that eyewitness testimony sucks so bad).

you forgot to mention Brown has an extensive juvy record with 2 murder 2 attempts on it. We'll have to conveniently leave out there's no way in hell the officer knew that though, oh and how it's not even fact just propaganda from some right wing news group. Brown was a thug and the officer was a saint. I'm surprised they haven't released a story about how the officer had risked his life earlier that morning to save a cat from a burning house. And how Brown had shot at a few people and stole a car and tried to run over an old lady.

They know Officer Wilson screwed the pooch this time and are trying to find stuff against Brown to make Brown look like a monster.

He wasn't executed, he was killed, the grand jury will determine in time whether there is any evidence that he was murdered.

All of these words have meanings.

It certainly lends credence to the notion that Brown was the catalyst for his own demise by attacking Wilson. If he does has a violent juvenile record, if he did attack Wilson, we already know he roughed up the store clerk...these are all things that help to define his character and state of mind. They are not the reason that he deserved to be shot, but they are clues, along with clues from the crime scene, that paint an accurate picture of what actually happened the afternoon Brown was shot. How long did the "he had his hands up and was surrendering" bunk last? People really need to shut up and contemplate the facts in this case, and not speak with their worthless emotions.

You got that right..nobody knows in all honesty any of the facts! Why? Because there is a huge cover up happening by the Ferguson Police......hell they released documents that were not even complete and were in violation of the law....which leads to a cover up in progress.....after all if you can claim Browns juvenile record... 🙂
