The authorities, prosecution, powers-that-be, et al have the witness accounts from all sources. Out of fear for witnessess (at the ones that a nugget of truth can be gleaned from) are being protected for the witnesses own safety.

What do you think would happen if they released the names of the witnesses, both white and black, that back up the Officer's version? They would be hunted down, harrassed, and possibly assaulted/killed from the mob justice that MB's family, attorneys, and race-profiteers have whipped up.

Names? I just want to know they are real. That the reporting is valid. If over a dozen witnesses stand by the officer then I move from convicting him to wanting him exonerated.

The public needs to know this.

I seriously doubt the St Louis county grand jury will indict Wilson and I also doubt that DOJ will find any grounds to charge Wilson with human rights violation either which will tesult in more riots.

Well, there is an official statement that the officer has a facial injury / swelling and went to the hospital for it.

The Chief reported that pretty early.

The only ones who need worry are officers who work outside the bounds, victimizing citizens in the process. Bring community together to figure it out. Perhaps allow for business to juice the salary and note which business are supporting the local law enforcement with either window stickers or listing somewhere.

Why exactly was this situation one where it is a mad race for individuals to make sure information supporting their side spreads the fastest?

The question I think is how much does the autopsy corroborate his statements and is there any other evidence that backs up his statements.
