Show us one quote from any of the articles you linked that shows a witness stating anything like that. What you quoted does *not* support your original statement.

I already gave you quoted statements by three of the witnesses that thought that *1* shot may have hit him in the back at which point he raised his hands and turned to face the officer and, while he was standing there with his hands raised, the officer continued to shoot until Brown was dead.

Where did I say anything about "Witness" in my previous statement as you claimed? I said shots to his back and as he ran away and I provided links/sources to back up my statement.

No trace of gun powder on his clothes, wich point to shots being fired at some distance...
But anyway, six bullets, two on the face with the last one being deadly, i guess that he really wanted to kill him.

So, you agree that the actual witnesses to the shooting (at least the ones who have come forth) never claimed that he was gunned down from behind but, rather that he was killed while standing with his hands up facing the officer?

Please make sure to re read their statements as reported as I don't want you to think that I'm playing some kind of gotcha game with that question.

Now, if you do agree that the above is correct, then what the hell does it matter that some yahoo on the street might have said something different?

Oh, you need to take your own advice and re read my links again because:

After Johnson and Brown took off running, the officer shot Brown again, this time in the back, before firing several more shots at him. Johnson said at no point did Brown try to reach for the officer’s gun, as police have alleged.

Dorian Johnson has told reporters a different story. He said an officer ordered him and Brown onto the sidewalk, then grabbed his friend’s neck and tried to pull him into the car before brandishing his weapon and firing. He said Brown started to run and the officer pursued him, firing multiple times.

To kill him, we dont know if it was to stop him, do we., because he clearly spoted his face several times, and as i wrote he was shot at some distance, the police lied when they said that he was first shot inside their vehicle : no trace of gunpowder on his clothes.

The clothes were not part of the released autopsy, and the police only said the gun went off in the vehicle, not that anyone was shot.

We'll never know the full truth, which why I'm a supporter of police body cameras.


Either the cop shot him because he was mad that he got punched or he shot to stop him from charging. Anyway, MB got what he deserved for strong arming that grocery store.

Death for stealing a couple of cigars. It's too bad that you're a few centuries out of place although ISIS might take you on. You seem to have the right attitude and they seem intent on recreating some weird 14th century vision of life.

It was published in a mainstream french paper with the NYTimes as source,
but you re right,, it was no powder in his body, the doctor didnt have access to the clothes, wich is quite surprising, isnt it :

The bullets did not appear to have been shot from very close range because no gunpowder was present on his body. However, that determination could change if it turns out that there is gunshot residue on Mr. Brown’s clothing, to which Dr. Baden did not have access.

In modern day Texas, you have the right to defend your property with deadly force. Here's an actual link to someone applying the law I posted in Texas; he didn't go to jail. If MB had stolen the cigs and just ran off, I'd have sympathy for him but it's the fact that he intimated a small old man. He deserved what he got.

I posted their own bloody words. They all claim that they thought he *might* have been hit *once* in the back when they saw him flinch. They all then state that he stopped running away, raised his hands and turned to face the officer and, while he stood facing the officer, the officer continued firing at Brown until he was dead.

Your original claim was bullshit and you know it. You claimed you'd heard/read "all bullets". Reality says one bullet.

Split a hair with that.
