what about when they don't have a choice? when they're raped, when a condom breaks, when other medication interferes with the pill?

best thing would be a type of male pill/shot. the number of guys not wanting kids/pay child support would see birth rates plummet and the number of abortions drop.

If everyone is created equal, then why should a mother be allowed to kill an unborn child, but sent to prison for killing a 2 year old. We are created equal. So that unborn child is just as deserving to a right to life as a 2 year old, or even you.

Yes, both parents share responsibility for the care of the child. Custodial parents do lots of things non custodial parents do, but I imagine you already know that.
