Misshapen 6-pack

I've wondered about this for a while but never really cared about it since I've got a 6-pack and that was that.

Looking down, it appears that my right side is shifted higher than my left side, i.e. the ab muscles are set about 1/2 inch higher on the right side than on the left.

Talking to some other individuals they said that it might be b/c I row starboard side (crew) and that that had an impact on the development (I row year round, except for summer).

Any ideas?

I've seen this plenty of times before. I doubt there's much you can do about it. My advice is to be happy you can see yours.

Idle curiousity: everyone who's asymmetric, is your right side higher than your left? Or is anyone flipped, left higher than right?

You need to isolate the left side of your abdominals more during crunches. 😉

EDIT - That was a joke btw...

The sad thing is that you had to edit that.... >.< Haha.

To the OP: my left top section is bigger than my right.
