Minor Shoulder injury

So I've been powerlifting again for the past month, and probably overdid things a little - I had some acute pain in my left shoulder (at the AC joint/ligament area) when doing dumbbell front shoulder extensions (palms down). It also hurts in that area when I do triangle pushups. I'm wondering if there any exercises that can naturally strengthen this area so I don't take a big setback in training.

The right shoulder is feeling great but I have injured that same area (AC joint) in the past due to going too heavy (3X8 reps @235 incline barbell press) and may as well strengthen it if there's a good way short of injecting HGH like some hardcore guys I know.

Luckily my legs have lagged behind so I can work on them while chilling on the upper body.
