Why is the Noor case different from the Potter case? The Castillo case should have rendered way more time but his shooting was intentional. Not a good comparison
Noor intentionally fired his weapon in front of his partner, inside the squad car, in violation of police protocol at an unidentified subject. I did not want to bring it up, because it seems like victim shaming, but you asked for it. Potter was attempting to arrest a subject who had an outstanding warrant and was struggling with the officers. Totally different situations.
