It means you can get 2 hours of HD video onto a DL-DVD with the right codec. It almost makes the new HD-DVD and Blu-Ray formats look like a waste for simply watching movies.

Check out the T2 Extreme Edition DVD sometime. I've seen it on sale at Best Buy for as low as $10. It has the whole theatrical cut of the movie in WMV9 hi-res on the second disk. It looks really nice.
