skim... better calorie😛rotein ratio and if I'm consuming 16 ounces in a day, for the calorie difference between skim and whole I could like have a donut.

2% or whole. The fat is where the flavor is at. And, "soy milk" isn't milk any more than milk flavored kool-aid would be milk.

2% now

I used to only drink homo but our house drinks so much milk that we can save tons of money just by going to 2%, I eventually got used to its taste difference

whole for drinking, 2% for cereal.

i just default to 2% because that's what i've always had. but whole milk is so much better.

Last time I checked, I wasn't a calf.
No, you're not. But the resemblance is striking

I drink whole, but skim tastes fine to me as well.

Actually, I don't really drink milk at all. All I use it for is cereal (mostly hot cereals like Irish Oatmeal).

Almond milk is actually pretty tasty. I like all the calories though, so I drink whole.

Ugh, that stuff is horrible! I tried a carton once and couldn't make it past a glass. Rice milk on the other hand is awesome! Sadly, a bit more than I generally want to pay. I generally get 2% organic, but this thread has made me rethink so I'll probably go down to 1% to cut out some fat.

I don't get rice milk... it's all the taste of soy milk without the protein benefits.
