I've been drinking chocolate milk every morning since I started running. Can't really explain it but it's been a massive craving. I run daily and I'm losing tons of weight overall, so I don't really care if its bad, infact I think I'm eating too little to counter how much running I'm doing.
 
I go through 4-5 litres a week, or 1.05-1.32 gallons. What else can you drink with a meal?

New Zealand's economy is built on cows and sheep. All our good lamb goes overseas but we have very good, very cheap milk.
 
I used to like milk, but I've been working in the dairy industry for 3 years, and I've seen some very unpleasant stuffs,such as dead flies, manure, maggots etc. But then every food industry has it's own secret.

Every food industry has a lot of common "secrets", too... such as the ones you just mentioned. 😛

I drink milk all the time... always have, except for a year or so, when I lived with people that did not drink milk. I grew up on a Grade A Dairy Farm... it was just "normal" to drink a lot of milk, consume a lot of dairy stuff, etc. 🙂 Milk right from our own bulk tank.... 😎
 
I stopped when I turned 18 because I knew I wasn't going to grow anymore. But until then I had two glasses a day.

Now I take calcium tablets.
