but not this thing. there is a miley look a like that is in that pic, the tan lines was the first giveaway.

Could have been faked. What they probably did was find a girl with the same height, hair style, body shape, iPhone, wrist band and checkered shirt. Go the the hotel in Madrid, Spain where Miley Cyrus was (probably blogged where she was staying or was followed) and take the "faked" naked pictures.

If there is positive proof that the picture is her, could she be charged with possession of child porn or some other thing?
