Getting ready to settle my 3rd city probably tomorrow, I think I'm going to take 2 gold mines at all cost, I am definitely starved for gold, even with a level 7 and a level 5 gold mine already D: (by improving not upgrading)

i think i can settle my 3rd soon.

i've only cleared the 4 mines and 1 other square around my new city. those squares are packed with some pretty stacked bad guys. the only one i took out so far had 5 priests and 9 squires or something. anyhoo, i sent 35 vampires and 86 plague zombies just for a minor victory.

i've also never attacked / sieged anyone... ever...

Ok, so has anyone tried to do any battle lately? For me it doesn't allow me to split my stacks or anything.. when I click it just tells me to subscribe to the game. Though this only happened when I built my 3rd city. I am really pissed.

maybe I can just gift my cities? at least eh 2nd one?

Meh, I quit now too.. if they are just going to make it unplayable once you reach the free player limits... there is no reason to play. Also, the monthly fee is horrendous, do they realize its a slow paced browser game? I could understand 3-4$ a month but not $7.99

hmm that's weird... i'm moving some troops atm, they will be there in about 20 minutes for a battle. it is letting me split them when they are in my city... i'll let u know if i can split them when i'm about to attack

yeah i'm never paying. i have other games that i actually pay for and this isn't one of them. it is fun for me right now though

3 months = $5/mo


I guess it works for me cuz this is the only game I have and it'll probably continue to be fun as long as ATOT keeps on rollin'.

it did let me split stacks but when i clicked "bonus" in the attack screen, the "pay" popup popped up.

It does that for me in addition to not letting me do anything else.

i might be able to help you, i'll check my levels when i get home. i have an abundance of the pink and blue stones. i usually just sell them for loot.

now that was weird, went and did a battle to complete my hero sweep quest, but i just got the report back and instead of a battle all I got was a message that several of the defending units joined me instead.

recruited my first Wight today. yay

my original city is lvl 20 now. i think my army is around 200k. my mercenary hero is level 21 with an attack rating of 42

still lovin this game

Not much going on in the game. Being surrounded by allies does have a down side. If there's a another wait between city #4 and 5, the time spend on the game will drop alot.

Have like 28 days till next city/hero. Guess I'll just need to start doing nothing but raiding as my mines are all pretty much in the level 8+ area and other than needing some rares I could boost a new city infrastructure pretty quick.

I am still on 2 cities. i don't even know if i want a third. with 3 heroes, they all have enough to do with 2 cities until i get my 2nd one completely cleared of the NPC squares. i guess when that is done i'll get a third
