Are you serious that you don't understand why you were banned? It's explain CLEARLY. No one cares that you didn't change it for 4 years. Seriously? This has been explained to you. They don't monitor this stuff on their own, they just respond to complaints. If it's against their code of conduct then it has been against their code of conduct for four years. It doesn't matter if you weren't suspended for it until now, that does not make it Microsoft's fault that it was there.

Seriously kid, grow up and move on. If you want to have a temper tantrum about Xbox Live's code of conduct, the best place to do it is on the xbox.com forums.
