I've never once received a notice from them before... no complaints...definitely no suspensions...

That shit was there for 4 years, they should have just changed it and not suspended me.

That's not how they roll. You're unbanned now, right? Move on and get over it.

It was an inside joke about "Hustle and Flow" and rap songs. I'm not the type to put anything in my profile. That same stuff stayed there because I never once gave a shit about it.

You're off by 12 years. Let's see if you can figure out in which direction you were off.

Are you serious that you don't understand why you were banned? It's explain CLEARLY. No one cares that you didn't change it for 4 years. It all goes by whether someone complained about it or not which is actually a lot more fair than going by keyword filter and such. So stop your crying and just move on. If you still don't understand why you were suspended, maybe you should ask a 1st grader. I'm sure they could explain it to you.

Clearly, the good folks at Microsoft don't condone human trafficking. Seriously? You have to ask why a reference to a pimp is offensive? Maybe the youth of today seems to idolize "pimps" but here in the non 12 year old world it is still frowned upon.

exactly what is innappropriate about the phrase "pimps gotta do" ???

I hope it's an attempt to weed out the highly obnoxious. Between the 'pimps gotta do' phrase and what his avatar looks like I say MS made a grave mistake my limiting the suspension to just a matter of days.

I don't have a problem with them deleting it or changing it... What is retarded is getting banned for what I added 4 years ago. After its been there 4 years, frankly it's their fault its still there if they claim its offensive.

http://www.mtv.com/shows/pimp_my_ride/season_5/series.jhtml <== Good thing this show didn't last 5 seasons because it references something that is frowned upon.

Well, Pimps gotta do, what pimps gotta do...

Seriously? This has been explained to you. They don't monitor this stuff on their own, they just respond to complaints. If it's against their code of conduct then it has been against their code of conduct for four years. It doesn't matter if you weren't suspended for it until now, that does not make it Microsoft's fault that it was there.

Seriously kid, grow up and move on. If you want to have a temper tantrum about Xbox Live's code of conduct, the best place to do it is on the xbox.com forums.
