Logitech has been my brand of choice for mice/keyboards/speakers for years now. This blows :|

I guess now they can be brothers. I still wish they could stay enemies though.

I used to be a total Logitech whore, until my original Elite keyboard kicked the bucket. When I started to look for a new Logitech keyboard, I noticed that they placed Insert/Home/PgUp... in some weird 2x3 arrangement instead of the usual 3x2. I bought a $15 laptop style MS keyboard from Newegg that's got a slight curve in the middle as opposed to the complete split like their old Natural KB and it kicks ass.

Not once have I ever thought Logitech made better HID drivers than MS. IMO, Logitech's HID software SUCKS.

I have had a cordless logitech keyboard and mouse combo that lasted for 7 years with no problems and it is solid. I also own their diNovo bluetooth combo and I love their hardware.

MS devices are usually pretty solid and well built. Also, I've never had a customer service/warranty problem with them.

I doubt this will work though, what about anti-trust rulings?

What about all the PlayStation accessories? Will they use their leverage to fck with the PS crowd and get sued out of the wazoo? Or will they play nice?

Oooh, bad idea! I hope it doesn't get approved.

Microsoft MX1000, Microsoft Harmony, Microsoft Z-5500... it just doesn't sound right!

They got US tech support that listens and turnaround time with them is great. I hope this doesn't happen.
