NOTES:
- I planned to pair the PC with an Alienware aw3418dw 34" monitor, GSync 3440x1440, OC to 120hz, 4ms - unless there is a better recommendation for monitor.
- I'm not sure if the RTX 2070 is enough to power the pixels, maybe I have enough in the budget for 2080.
- I'd like to do mATX build if possible.
