I am attempting to build a car for my computer. The only requirements are that it be smaller than 8x8, be socket-chip based, and have onboard video and audio. (k6, celery, piii, k7 all fine). I plan to throw a copy of linux on it and use it to play mp3z. Expansion slots are not necessary.
Also, if anyone knows how I could hook up a powersupply using the car battery I would really appreciate it. My stupid car doesn't have a cigarette lighter, so I cant get an AC adaptor for it.
Finally, a nice little 5.5" lcd screen would be a nice touch, any ideas about how to get one of these and hook it up would also be greatly appreciated. Thanks for any info. you can give me,
-Tom
PS - if you are interested in how this turns out drop me an email and ill let everyone know how it went. mailmehere
