MicroATX board for car??? Ideas to power it?

I am attempting to build a car for my computer. The only requirements are that it be smaller than 8x8, be socket-chip based, and have onboard video and audio. (k6, celery, piii, k7 all fine). I plan to throw a copy of linux on it and use it to play mp3z. Expansion slots are not necessary.
Also, if anyone knows how I could hook up a powersupply using the car battery I would really appreciate it. My stupid car doesn't have a cigarette lighter, so I cant get an AC adaptor for it.
Finally, a nice little 5.5" lcd screen would be a nice touch, any ideas about how to get one of these and hook it up would also be greatly appreciated. Thanks for any info. you can give me,

PS - if you are interested in how this turns out drop me an email and ill let everyone know how it went. mailmehere

Yes, I would be interested in seeing this!!!!(LOL) Laptop????

Things that I have found out.
1. I can get a 300watt ac->dc adaptor from WalMart which would take care of power issues in any car with a cigarette lighter. I think I am going to have one installed in my car.
2. I now think I will need a mobo with either onboard video-out or video-out card added. This way I can output NTSC (US video signal format) to it. I will also need some sort of power converter in order to power the lcd screen. Maybe a usb one? That would give it power from the computer and then I wouldn't have to worry about it.
3. I have found a 6.8" TFT Active MatrixLCD screen for $525 (very steep!) I also found another site that sold 6" TFT LCD displays for $100.00(sold out) but you have to build your own powersupply for it. Sounds a little over the top for this electronics newbie. Thats it for now.
