That would suck to be a juror on this trial, judging by the circus its about to become. This will probably be more ridiculous than the OJ trial.

Man I really need to change my user name......

In my defense I picked it pertaining to the Outkast song "Miss Jackson" because I have baby mama drama.

I feel he's guilty but he won't be convicted.

If you've followed the particulars of the case, the prosecutions case is very weak.

If he is convicted, does anyone really believe this guy is going to do hard time? No way.

oh great, March madness crap with basketball and now more MJ coverage. I need to go find a cave to hide in...

There are 7 whites, 4 hispanics and an asian.

Each side only gets three pre-emptory juror strikes. The prosecution only used one to get rid of a black person. The other blacks either got let go or tossed by the judge, or ended up on the alternate jury pool.

Shows Viper GTS lives in a very black and white world 😛

What the fvck does race have to do with ANYTHING?

I hope you're not serious.

I am. I do not see any situation where race matters at all. Ever. I understand that the court system requires a "jury of peers" but what defines "peers"? MUST it be race? Why is race important?

Google "jury nullification."

If you stopped talking out of your ass for a minute and thought about this, you might figure it out.

Jesus....you prove your ignorance more and more with every fscking post you make, it's a wonder the mods haven't changed your title to "Village Idiot" by now.

I wonder how long he'll last in prison if he does get convicted. If he's convicted and appeals, does he have to be in prison that whole time?

I mean, he looks more frail than Dahlmer, he lasted over a year before someone killed him.

He'll probably be separated from the general population because of his fame and notoriety if he actually does any time at all.

I'd hate to imagine how Michael Jackson would look in prison when he doesn't have access to his makeup and hair dye. Eeeek.

An all white jury is probably in his favor. An all black jury wouldn't have the race issue to deal with and would go immediately to locking that child rapist away.

For the conspiracy theorists out there, let this be an example to you for what happens to those who steal $300 million from Sony 😉
