Ha...you can't admit that the Democratic Party has serious flaws as the Republican Party. Get the fuck over yourself, the Democrats are as divided as the GOP. The Democrats are so divided on whether a white male should be heading the ticket or not.

I'm an Independent, I call both parties out. Get out of the fucking echo chamber for once.
Go fuck yourself.

You assume Trump will concede defeat? His greatest power to stay outta jail is executive privilege and Justice Dept policy against indictments...and you think he'll give that up if the American peons vote him out???

I don't think he will originally....I see on that Wednesday morning if he loses that he will contest the results and may complain of voter fraud or something....he may concede the morning of or the week after.

Wish the Dems would just stick to exploring the content of his actual testimony. Clearly he doesn't have direct evidence relating to Russia-Trump collusion. But he has a lot of direct evidence on other important crimes. And substantiating better his statements would do a lot to weigh against the Republican narrative.

Even if Cohen's testimony reveals Trump's criminal acts, it won't change anything. Trump's base is pretty violent and if he is removed from office, it will get ugly.

I don't think Americans want that.

Let him get defeated in 2020 soundly, and then the GOP rebuilds.

I'm perfectly fine with not being blackmailed. I don't think Americans wanted there to be a violent revolution but we had one. Letting Trump get away with crimes in unacceptable and if there is an uprising? So let it be done. I can still fight for my nation if need be.

Democrats have problems, but so long as Trump is President there is only one party that needs be burned to the ground.

Are you paid in actual Vodka (that's what the rumor mill here in the USA is churning out)
Do you have more than one good keyboard down the basement in the troll farm.

If not do you have to put in a ticket request to the Kremlin or will someone eventually bring an old, slightly used one from one of their dumpster diving exploits...

I’ve read they get paid pretty well around $50k usd. They get phones provided to them too.

I'm not sold on federal election law applying to paying off hookers.

But if their actions were criminal, and Don Jr. wrote one of the reimbursement checks to Cohen, he could probably be charged with something.

Hello Gary whatever his name was on the Monkey Business Boat.

Democrats have given themselves gasoline showers and are trying to decipher the child proof matches.

Man when I think back to Cohen's appearances before the election. The hubris he showed during interviews etc... he is a shell of his former self.

Cummings brought up an interesting point. Trump was supposed to give up control of his businesses prior to taking the oath of office. We all know he didn't go the blind trust route and claimed his kids were separation enough. But now you have Trump directing a $35K check being written March 2017 from Trump Org to Cohen for a retainer agreement that never existed. Trump Jr and Weisselberg signed it, but who ultimately authorized it?? Is this evidence that Trump is still involved with his businesses and still has ultimate control of their fiduciary duties?

When you do it a few weeks before an election to keep them silent is is an in kind contribution.

They tried to get Edwards for that but his payments were directly to the mistress, started much earlier and he made them even after the election for child support.

GOP is doing a good job of ignoring Trump and putting Cohen on trial for crimes he's already plead guilty to. But also doing a good job of establishing that he has very little credibility.

Also, GOP:

The GOP members seemingly have no interest at all in trying to figure out if the President, his family, his campaign, and his company actually committed numerous crimes.

Party above country all the way.

I'm not fine with letting Democrats get away with crimes. So we are even with the politicians not getting away with crimes.

I'm not either. I'm also not a fan of people who want to lock people up when there has been no one charged. You get a Democrat who is a criminal proper as President, one who subverts elections or is a criminal at heart like Trump then I want them gone. So far there's not been one. Now if you are against Democrats not getting away with crimes in order to excuse a criminal? Not happening for me. Trump has committed fraud with his financial institutions unlike anything demonstrated by Hillary, but if you want to impeach her go for it and don't like as is done with Uranium One. I think she's as corrupt as can be within the bounds of the law. I have no reason to believe Trump understands there are limits.

So Trump has broken the law as demonstrated with documentation. So you are going to support him and his actions because of whatever crime you can find a Democrat has done? This isn't rhetorical, this is a yes or no. This President, now. Criminal acts and not traffic tickets. Do you give this a pass or not, no "but Hillary".

Ok, now we're on to the "Trump can't possibly be racist because he has black employees" phase from the GOP.

We're already seeing some degree of violence.
Trump supporters are assaulted and harassed across the nation. Just not in any organized manner.

They should pay the proper penalty under the law, organized or not, Republican or not, unless arrest will start a revolution so we have to let criminal acts get a pass. For me? Nope.
