I haven't watched the video. I'm basing my view on the initial report. If that is inaccurate, then I ask that my view be considered in the point of view of that situation happening in that manner.
Of course, none of this would happen if people didn't try to ILLEGALLY ENTER ANOTHER COUNTRY.

Guns are not only for murdering people... you can maim them.. .and if you are so scared and fearful that your only thought about gun use is to kill then you should not have one
All firearm classes teach you to shoot to kill, center mass of the body. You never shoot to wound. That's what the gun is for, to kill a deadly threat or a severe personal injury threat...like say a rock to the head.
If you actually did shoot to wound you would probably be charged with a crime because the prosecutor could argue you weren't in fear for your life if you were only shooting to wound.

Does anyone have an answer for this? I thought the killing was done on American soil? Was it not?
When they retrieved his corpse wasn't it on Mexican soil? Could he of been shot then fled back across and died? I'm not 100% on that matter, but in all honesty I don't give a fuck what side of the boarder he was on.

Well it makes ALL the difference. If the BP shot and killed somebody who was on mexican soil then it is under mexican jurisdiction.

Like I said, I don't care what side of the boarder the kid was on he was throwing rocks, you know assault with a deadly weapon, and he got shot for it. His own fucking fault. Fuck him, fuck Mexico for wanting to try our guy, and fuck everyone who has a problem with what the BP did. He was doing his job and got attacked by a group throwing rocks at him.
