I bet you a million dollars you can't rhyme as well as 99% of the rappers on the radio. ( and have it sound good)

Then you can be making millions, get started. Make sure to take care of your AT crew financially once you're rolling in the cash. Here, I'll get you started:

:music: I was once on ATOT
And I neffed quite a lot
But now I'm rhyming
With my dope timing :music:

People will buy that, trust me.

I bet you 101% of rappers can't sing as well as the lead singers in screamo bands. And thats not saying very much.

I disagree, I think a good amount of rappers can prob sing better than screamo kids.

For what it's worth, there is rap that isn't unmitigated garbage. It's true that the garbage gets a lot more airtime, but that seems to be the case with most musical genres.

I don't expect this to stop the rap bashing or anything, but I thought I'd throw it in there just in case someone noticed.

why even bring this up Biggie? A forum comprised of computer people probably can't relate. Most people here are probably considered "nerds" (I know I am but in the computer sense) in real life and have contempt for anything that is popular culture.

I really have never had a huge interest in comps but I heard this was a very large forum and I like to shoot the breeze.

I like rap because of the catchy beats and some of the lyrical talent that comes around every once in a while.

Rap has taken a big hit in the last few years with the South becoming so big.

Rap is only one-letter away from the word it's really supposed to be.

That letter is not C.

First person to guess it wins a No-Prize!

It's a trap!

Much better "It's a trap" pic

Nice, but you lose points for dropping the nerdy Star Wars reference.

"It's a trap" will always be Ackbar's.

You do know that the majority of rappers change the sound of words to make rhymes, right?

Computery nerdery is becoming more and more pop culture. Of course, being ugly never will be, but EMOs and metros already are wearing stuff that would be considered nerdy in the early 90s and throughout the 80s.

Basically cause some things are said and someone needs to put them simps in their place.

*no disrespect to the good people here*

Just giving a view from the other side! That's all!

Everyone is entitled to their opinion.

Just stating mine.

..a few years ago I'd hear thump mobiles nearly everywhere I go. Now they are far and few between. I'll bet they all got a headache from their "competiton" audio crotch thumpers..and possibly grew up and moved on from rap crap.
